Course Description

Course Modality and Approach

Asynchronous format, self-directed journey, and practical orientation

1. Asynchronous modality

Training at your own pace

The course consists of 5 short videos, with a total approximate duration of 50 minutes. The content is available on the platform so that each organization can navigate it autonomously, according to their own pace and availability.

The activity that follows each video is not mandatory. It is an invitation. Those who participate will be contributing concrete inputs —experiences, questions, practices from their own organization— that will enrich the final working document we will use in our planning meeting as Hispanic organizations. In other words: the course is completed by watching the videos; the activity is the way for your voice and that of your community to be reflected in what we will discern together.

2. Course Approach: Overall Pastoral

Building bridges to walk together

The course invites recognition of the challenges and opportunities faced by organizations working with the Hispanic community and to discover the value of listening, collaborating, and building together, beyond the particular mission of each organization.

The course concludes with a participation tool that gathers each organization’s reflections and provides input for the upcoming NCCHM annual meeting.
